Friends of Harvey Dent is a gift for the Cat-Tales Community.  Anyone who believes in a bright and prosperous Gotham may play along, we ask only that newcomers be respectful of the community that is already in place.  Those who come to join in the fun are always welcome.  Disruptive behavior will result in adverse consequences

Representatives of political action committees such as SHH, UNF, and IMD are similarly welcomed to take part in the campaign, so long as they understand they are subject to codes of conduct mandated by the local jurisdictions, regardless of their individual organizations' charters.  Individuals who cannot conduct themselves appropriately will, regardless of group affiliations, face the aforementioned adverse consequences
