Very professional in handling my shipment
I was shopping around for a trucking company that can move my car from Chicago to Virginia and stumbled upon this company. Checked on their review online and they had a pretty good review so i went with them. I was not disappointed. I was in contact with Mr. Harry Davis who took care of me from start to finish. Very Professional, Great Follow-Through
Samantha was great following up with me at different stages, keeping the driver and myself informed, came up with alternatives when the pickup person that I designated will not be available soon enough, great work on her part, I enjoyed the great experience with her. For the company, my impression is great too, one day when Samantha took a day off, a gentleman handled my request just as if he were Samantha to me, he took over the ownership to address my inquiries instead of just taking notes as a messenger with other companies, very smooth!
